one star of 5. Not expert. Nov 2021 Dr. Simpson is a HUGE disappointment every bit a vet. Practise non chose him at this exercise or it will surely be a regret. I would expect vets likes pets, dogs, only Dr. Simpson, after a decade being clients (perhaps because he'due south having money problem post pandemic I can't say) would not renew a prescription my dogs had for years to help with her very itchy uncomfortable peel until she was seen. Seen? Why? In that location is no reason for me to bring her in, she is well and I'd offered to pay a service charge but so I learned…….. oh, she needed vaccines as well. Seriously? What is this? Dr. Simpson is clearly fine allowing my domestic dog to suffer. Dr. Simpson insists my pet receive vaccines I practise not desire for my dog. I am hoping as I leave this do permanently, anyone reading this Delight think twice and not chose Dr. Simpson as you pets vet. I can simply guess it's personal but it's of absolutely no interest for me to pursue the total story but to warn potential clients, Dr. Simpson volition non assistance you when you need it. Brought my domestic dog here today for a quick and uncomplicated process. The people were so incredibly friendly and welcoming! They were actually bully and I didn't take to await long at all. Even though I'd never been there earlier and it was but a routine procedure, they fabricated me feel like my dog was in great hands. Will definitely be back! Read Less

I've been taking my shih tzu, Carlisle, here since the summer of 2010. Both Dr. Rueter & Dr. Simpson are nice and offering great suggestions and comments. The entire staff is incredibly friendly & y'all can tell they all beloved what they do.They are always happy to come across Carlisle & equally a result, he loves going to the vet! Appointments are like shooting fish in a barrel to make and they are keen nearly sending reminders for upcoming needs. I wouldn't think of taking him any place else. Read Less

Peachy place, I highly recommend! My true cat Frankie has been coming hither for over a year. The staff is always very nice and welcoming. They are as well flexible with appointments and offered to clasp him in for his vaccinations on a mean solar day that had no bachelor appointments before Frankie had to be boarded - this saved me $$$ by not having to get the vaccinations through the boarding facility. Monon Animal Infirmary is the best!!! Nosotros travel from Bloomington-Normal, IL back to Indy only to have our dear chocolate lab taken care of by the staff!  In improver to knowing that Willow will be in the best of hands with Drs. Simpson or Rueter, it is obvious how much they honey the animals that come through their doors and I just can't say enough great things about this place!  I merely have peace of mind when I leave my baby in their intendance! We LOVE the Monon Animal Hospital! Every time we come in we are greeted by a happy forepart office attendant and we have never had to await more 5-10 minutes for someone to come and greet united states in our room. We love both the doctors here, they are so caring and go higher up and beyond to brand sure that we understand everything and don't have any questions. We as well receive a phone call a few days afterward each engagement to make certain that our domestic dog is doing okay and that we have no further questions. I would recommend them to anyone who loves and cares for their dog! This is our first dog so every bit far as pricing goes I'chiliad not sure how information technology compares but in my opinion, zip has ever been outrageously priced! Read Less

My wife and I used to have our cat, Cready, to this clinic when we lived in Indianapolis. The last fourth dimension we went was tardily 2010, merely I felt similar leaving a review in retrospect.Dr. Simpson is a wonderful veterinary who has an excellent bedside manner, patience (made evident by his piece of work with Cready who is not always cooperative), and obviously knows his stuff. He as well seemed to know when Cready had had enough and was able to coax cooperation out of our true cat when information technology was not forthcoming. Dr. Simpson is confident in his work as the first visit we took Cready in for some ringworm and prescribed some medicine without doing blood piece of work. I've worked with several vets and Dr. Simpson seems to have experience across his years. He understands the financial burden veterinarian work tin be as well and tries to exist sensitive to that end. Furthermore, he is a very squeamish person to just chat with.The clinic is clean and Cready likes it at that place (when we would make it, not by the fourth dimension we would leave) unlike any of the practices nosotros take been to since moving. The vet techs were besides extremely nice and obviously loved animals. The friendliness, and cleanliness at that place is unparalleled. I cannot recommend Dr. Simpson and Monon Animal Hospital enough. Read Less

This is a really good fauna hospital. Dr. Simpson in item is very thorough, and you can tell he loves animals (my cat was totally calm during his examination - something I've never seen with my loftier-strung animal before). I've been to a number of vets in the Indianapolis and Carmel areas and this one is the all-time I've plant so far. Read Less
